Medical Emergency Disclaimer Clinix is an appointment scheduling and clinic administrative platform. It does not provide medical advice or emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call your local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Clinix platform (the "Service"), whether as a registered healthcare provider ("Clinic", "Tenant", "Admin") or as an individual patient or client ("Patient", "User"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Statement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2 Description of Service

Clinix provides multi-tenant clinic management software that enables:

Clinics to publish services, schedule availability, blackout dates, and manage patient queues.
Patients to select clinic services, view real-time booking slots, and book in-person consultations.
Automated SMS notifications including phone verification codes, booking confirmations, digital ticket passes, and appointment reminders.

3 Clinic Accounts & Responsibilities

Healthcare clinics registering an account on Clinix agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and updated clinic details (name, operating schedule, phone number, address).
Maintain the confidentiality of administrator login credentials and report unauthorized access immediately.
Comply with all applicable local medical licensing, healthcare regulatory, and data privacy requirements.

4 Patient Appointments & SMS Notifications

When booking an appointment through Clinix:

Accurate Information: Patients must provide valid full names and mobile telephone numbers capable of receiving standard SMS text messages.
SMS Consent: By providing your mobile number during booking or registration, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages regarding one-time verification PINs, booking confirmations, check-in updates, and automated reminders.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: Appointment cancellations and modifications are subject to each clinic's individual scheduling policies.

5 Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to:

Submit fraudulent appointments, spam bookings, or invalid phone numbers.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
Impersonate any person or clinic entity, or register unauthorized URL slugs.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clinix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

Medical consultations, diagnosis, treatment, or advice provided by participating clinics.
Delays or failures in SMS transmission caused by telecommunication carriers or third-party SMS gateways.
Any technical downtime, maintenance intervals, or temporary service interruptions.

7 Modifications & Contact
