Information collected through Clinix is utilized strictly for the following purposes:

Appointment Reservations: Scheduling consultations, verifying availability, and preventing duplicate double-bookings.
SMS Communications: Transmitting one-time verification codes (OTPs), digital booking passes, status changes (confirmed, rescheduled, cancelled), and 24-hour appointment reminders.
Clinic Administration: Allowing clinic staff to view daily patient agendas and manage patient flow.
System Security & Audit: Ensuring platform reliability, detecting unauthorized access, and maintaining audit logs.

3 Third-Party Data Processors

To deliver real-time notifications, we partner with trusted, secure infrastructure providers:

Semaphore SMS Gateway: Mobile phone numbers and transactional message content are securely routed through Semaphore (or equivalent SMS gateways) strictly for text message transmission.
Hosting & Database: Data is stored on secure, encrypted server environments with strict access controls.

We implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the clinic scheduling purposes described in this statement, or as required by statutory recordkeeping requirements.

Clinix uses minimal essential cookies and browser storage:

Session Cookie: Required for secure administrator authentication and CSRF security.
